Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Cleaning City 616. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Services

Cleaning City 616 provides cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. Our services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Acceptance of our services constitutes agreement to these terms.

2. Service Description

Our services include, but are not limited to, residential and commercial cleaning. Specific services and pricing are detailed in our service agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon service. Payment methods are outlined in our service agreements.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and communicated to Cleaning City 616 at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a fee.

5. Liability

Cleaning City 616 is not responsible for any damages to property that are not directly caused by our negligence or breach of contract. We will use reasonable care in performing our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Cleaning City 616 and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
